The AD7414ARTZ is a 10-Bit Digital Temperature Sensor. The AD7414ARTZ is a complete temperature monitoring system sin6-lead and 5-lead SOT-23 packages. The device contains a band gap temperature sensor and a 10-bit ADC to monitorand digitize the temperature reading toa resolution of 0.25℃. The device provides a 2-wire serial interface that is compatible with SMBusand I2C interfaces.
