Manufactured with the advanced nonvolatile CMOS technology, the AT49F1025-70JU offers access times to 45ns with power dissipation of just 275 mW over the commercial temperature range. When the device is deselected, the CMOS standby current is less than 100 μA. The AT49F1025-70JU is pin compatable with the AT29C1024.
